Gapan City Mayor Urges Students to Study at Home Amid Class Suspension Due to Weather

Gapan City Mayor Joy Pascual has urged students to remain productive and continue their studies at home following the suspension of classes on Friday, September 26, due to adverse weather conditions.

"I hope the students will use their day off for meaningful activities. Help around the house or study, Batang Gapan," Mayor Pascual encouraged.

The mayor also cautioned residents against swimming in the river to ensure their safety.

"Strictly avoid swimming in the river, refrain from going outside if possible, and make sure that homes made of light materials are secure," she advised.

Mayor Pascual reassured the community of her ongoing support during the situation.

"Let us also join in prayer that the storm weakens and everyone remains safe," she concluded.
