Mandaue City Police Continue Investigation into Shooting Involving BIR Examiner
The Mandaue City Police Office (MCPO) is intensifying its probe into a shooting incident involving Duke Ramil Perral Lincuna, a certified public accountant and lawyer employed by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). According to MCPO spokesperson Police Lieutenant Colonel Mercy Villaro, the investigation has been ongoing since the incident occurred on December 11, 2025.
Villaro emphasized that investigators are exploring multiple angles simultaneously, including Lincuna's business activities, professional responsibilities, and personal affairs, to uncover the circumstances surrounding the case. "We are thoroughly examining all relevant factors to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the events," she stated.
Officials have not yet disclosed further details regarding possible suspects or motives but remain committed to resolving the matter promptly.
