LaVine was highly efficient from beyond the arc, making eight of 13 three-point attempts. This victory snapped the Kings’ four-game losing streak and improved their road record to 3-10.

Key contributors for the Kings included Keegan Murray with 16 points, reserve Nique Clifford who tallied 15 points, and DeMar DeRozan adding 13 points. Maxime Raynaud recorded a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds, while Russell Westbrook contributed 12 points and 10 assists. For Miami, Jaime Jaquez Jr. led the scoring with 27 points, supported by Simone Fontecchio’s 20 and Norman Powell’s 18 points. Andrew Wiggins scored 13 and Nikola Jovic contributed 12 points. The loss marked Miami’s third consecutive defeat.

The Kings expanded their halftime lead from 17 points to 25 in the third quarter after Keegan Murray hit consecutive mid-range and three-point shots, prompting a Miami timeout. The momentum remained with Sacramento as they entered the fourth quarter with a commanding 101-78 advantage.

Sacramento’s Maxime Raynaud and LaVine extended the lead to 118-96 midway through the final period. Although the Heat made a brief push with Jovic and Jaquez scoring rapidly to cut the deficit to 15, Westbrook’s critical three-point play sealed the outcome at 123-103 with just over two minutes left.

LaVine set the tone early, hitting all his first-quarter three-point attempts and scoring 18 points as the Kings led 34-31 after the opening quarter. Sacramento maintained control with runs that extended their lead, including a 10-0 burst featuring LaVine's back-to-back threes, boosting the margin to 62-50 before halftime.

Ending the first half with an 8-0 run and LaVine’s layup, the Kings held a 72-55 lead heading into the break. LaVine finished the half shooting 6-for-7 from three-point range with 29 points, while Powell paced Miami with 16 points.

This convincing road win highlighted Sacramento’s offensive depth and marked a key step in halting their recent struggles away from home.
